The Accountant position is responsible for the accounting operations OutSystems.

Responsibilities:
•Maintenance of financial records and general ledger accounts
•Reconciliation of bank accounts
•Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, expense reports, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
•Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, ensuring that receivables are collected promptly, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions
•Provision of financial status information, correction of errors by adjusting journal entries post

•A bachelor’s degree in accounting or management
•Maximum of five years of professional experience
•Excellent follow-up and tracking skills
•Energy to contribute and generate improvements
•Accountability with great work ethics
•Commitment to the job and for team goals
•Fast learner with curiosity about the world
•Experience with Excel
•Fluent English speaker
