Accountant Maternity leave Mindelo

Description:
The accountant reports to Accounting and Reporting Manager and has to ensure that Financial and Statutory Statements of the U.K entities are correctly managed and prepared for Statutory, USGAAP and Tax Guidelines.
Prepare Monthly Accounts, in compliance with USGAAP and Statutory GAAP accounting principles and company procedures, within the timelines set in cooperation with Management and other functions;
Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Financial Reporting to European Accounting Team; You will also be in charge of all Other Statutory and Tax Filings required for the entity (eg. National Statistic questionnaires;
VAT Declarations)

Requirements: 
In order to be Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in multinational companies or Share Service Center relevant degree, preferably accounting, 2-4 Years of experience of relevant working experience preferably in multinational companies or Share Service Center.
Knowledge or Experience in working with UK entities is not mandatory but extremely valued.
Excellent Written and spoken English.



This is a 6 to 8 months maternity leave cover.
