Finance Shared Services is a functional center of Siemens Portugal which provides Accounting & Finance support services for  more than 60 Siemens entities, in 22 countries across Europe.
What are my responsibilities?
- Provides standard accounting services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for General ledger;
- Guidance on IFRS transactions to ensure a correct accounting treatment;
- Administrative accounting procedures, performing the month-end closing, financial reporting process and taxes;
- Posting of journal entries
- G/L accounts reconciliation
- Reporting
- General Ledger ICC, ICB, Cash & Banks
- Other related topics.
Competências e experiência desejadas
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or similar;
- Fluent German & English (mandatory);
- Solid MS Office experience (specially Excel); knowledge of IFRS and SAP will be an added value;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Strong costumer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics;
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
