Job description:

• Controls and coordinates the financial team

• Verifies the statement of bank account

• Periodically checks the balance

• Elaborates the financial statement for the weekly meeting

• Manages the relationships with Banks, Clients, and Suppliers

• Follows the weekly payment schedule according to the priorities established by the G. M.

• Keeps updated the Clients’ due resister, and he rapidly informs the G. M. on the suffering situations

• Produces, issues and gives, after the approval of the G. M. or the Executive Directors, the active invoices

• Analyses the accounting records in order to:
-support the G. M. in the periodical analyses of the order and the local office costs
-send to Lugano the same updated data to elaborate the balance and the analysis

• Has to keep the contacts with Camp Bosses regarding the administrative problems and indicates eventual delays or mistakes to the G. M.

• Manages the e-mails correspondence (IN & OUT) concerning the internal distribution and constantly keeps updated and tidy the e-mail ring binder

• Make overalls accounting records ( Creditors, debtors, banks etc…)
