Financial Assistant (m/f)-Lisboa

Our client is a prestigious multinational insurance company that is looking for a financial assistant to give support in the financial department to all areas required.


This professional will have this main responsabilities:

- Responsible for Accounts Payable module;

- Assistance in preparing all tax obligations;

- Support in the implementation and develop of new projects, namely the implementation of SAP in the financial area;

- Support to the HR department.


Profile:

- Degree in the economic area (Accounting, business administration or similar);

- Experience of a minimum of one year in a similar function;

- Enrolled as TOC (requirement preferred);

- Excelent knowledge of tax issues (mandatory requirement);

- Fluent in English(requirement preferred);

- Solid knowledge of Excel;

- Knowledge of SAP (requirement preferred);

- Time availability;

- Proative;

- Likes to work under pressure;

- Detailed and thorough.


Conditions:

- Salary conditions upon professional experience;

- Direct contract with our client;

- Multinational experience in a solid company.
