Adecco Professional, through its specialization line in Finance & Office, is recruiting a Financial Director (M/F) for a multinational Company with a new Plant in Mexico
GENERIC GOAL: Plan, organize, coordinate and control the finance department of the company.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Perform all financial planning; prepare and Manage Budgets and annual accounts.
Ensure efficient and effective accounting and administration systems and processes are in place.
Manage and predict cash flow, financial risks and capital structure.
Responsibility Accounting as CPA.
Responsibility for ensuring that the business is compliant with all internal and external accounting, financial and legal requirements. Set up and implement an appropriate and effective audit and review programs. Take action to rectify as required.
Research and report on factors influencing business performance.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Provide management information which is accurate, timely, and informative. Monitor trends and produce projections to check and challenge performance
Ensure that all company, legal and financial reporting is accurately completed and submitted to deadlines.
Manage the IT requirements, for both hardware and software, ensuring systems used readily support the current and future running requirements of the business.
Effectively manage key relationships with Top Management, local teams, banks, auditors etc.
Manage and coach the Finance team.
Requisitos:
Degree in Economics or Business Administration;
Fluency in Spanish, English and French;
In-depth knowledge in the management area;
Minimum experience of 5 years.
Already a Finance Manager with a proven record of success and ideally from or with experience in a multinational environment in Mexico or latin America
Has the presence, leadership skills and emotional intelligence to command the respect of
the Top Management, employees, and business partners.
Forward thinking, capable of developing a clear strategic vision for the successful operation and development of the business.
Is an implementer with clear and pragmatic ability to turn strategy into actions. Prepared to readily switch between strategic thinking and sharp end implementation
.
Works in a detailed and well-structured way but is capable of being flexible and change orientated.
Background in automotive related field is not a specific requirement but a plus.
