In Portugal, Infineon Technologies Shared Service Center Unipessoal Lda. (IFSSC) is a provider of accounting and business administration services mainly to consolidated companies of Infineon Group located in Europe and North America. The Shared Service Center was founded in 2003 and it’s focused in harmonizing the accounting processes and improving the quality of financial data by implementing "Best Practices".

Our Mission:
Deliver a reliable and high quality service to customers while continuously driving costs down through standardizatio n, process enhancements and encouragement of employee excellence.
Major Tasks and Activities of AP Function:
- Analyze invoices, check Purchase Order number and execute posting in SAP;
- Create and maintain supplier master data;
- Understand periodicity of payment run and its concerns;
- Identify in each case when an invoice will be paid;
- Extract reports from SAP for balance confirmation and open items and analyze them;
- Clearing and maintenance of transitory accounts;
- Execute reconciliation s with suppliers.

Function Requirements:
We are looking for motivated, quick learner, team player and positive working attitude person to perform Administrative tasks in the Infineon Technologies Shared Service Center. We offer integration in a young and dynamic multinational environment. The main requirements are:
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Languages similar area of studies;
- Solid knowledge of English language (mandatory);
- Solid knowledge of German language in oral and written form (is a plus);
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Outlook) and SAP (preferred);
- Team player;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
