Bom dia,

Does anyone have experience with the regime residente não habitual? I made an application in May 2015 but did not get a response yet on the status from the finanças. I meet all the criteria for the scheme and I have set up a business here in Portugal.

Does anyone have experience with this regime that can communicate with the administrators of the scheme?

hi,
I have experience with "residente não habitual" status and its not to be concerned if you did everything right.

I have clients from march 2015 that jest receveived their status yesterday so its normal.

São estes os Artº do CIRS referentes ao enquadramento fiscal do Residente não habitual.

Residente não habitual - Actividades consideradas de elevado valor acrescentado, Portaria nº 12/2010
Residente não habitual - Delimitação pessoal, Artº 16º
Residente não habitual - Obrigação de retenção, Artº 99º e 101º
Residente não habitual - Regime especial de tributação, Artº 22º, 72º, 81º e Portaria nº 12/2010
Residente não habitual - Rendimentos obtidos fora do território português, Artº 22º e 81º
Residente não habitual - Rendimentos obtidos no território português, Artº 22º e 72º
Residente não habitual - Tabela de elevado valor acrescentado , Artº 72º, nº 6 e Artº 81º, nº 4
Residentes não habituais, Artº 16º, 22º, 72º, 81º
Retenção na fonte de rendimentos auferidos por entidades não residentes – Dispensa, Artº 98º
